Khushdil Shah and Faheem Ashraf have been included in the squad with the right intentions,” he replied to a query.
The selectors have come underneath hearth from many former gamers and analysts after they recalled Khushdil and Faheem for the Champions Trophy despite the fact that the duo had not performed worldwide cricket for some time.
Whereas Faheem, who has a batting common of 10 and bowling common of 47, performed final of his 34 ODIs in September, 2023, Khushdil, who has failed to attain even a single half-century in his 10 ODI appearances, has not performed for the nationwide crew since August, 2022.
Naqvi stated that he did not intrude within the selectors’ work and no matter they felt was the most effective for the crew they did.

This could not be the primary time if the selectors determined to alter the squad as a result of even earlier than the 2021 T20 World Cup the selectors had made a number of modifications to the introduced squad.
